At BCP Asia Sdn Bhd (BCP Asia),

we are more than just a training and consultancy firm – we are your strategic partner in building resilience. As the leading regional provider of Business Continuity (BC), Crisis Management, Disaster Recovery, and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) solutions, we work closely with organisations to prepare for the unexpected so they can make informed decisions and remain resilient in the face of evolving challenges.

Headquartered in Singapore, we expanded our regional footprint with the establishment of our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office in September 2018, reflecting our commitment to supporting organisations across Asia in building sustainable, future‑ready resilience.

What We Do

Founded in 2000, we have empowered over 15,000 professionals and organisations across Asia with contextualised training, internationally recognised certifications, and the confidence to face any disruption head-on. Our flagship gatherings, including the Asia Risk & Resilience Conference, Asia Risk & Resilience webinars, and Asia Risk & Resilience Seminars, are known for bringing together regional thought leaders and experts across every industry to offer valuable insights, cutting-edge strategies, and thought-provoking discussions.

Our leadership in the industry is reflected in a series of pioneering achievements that have helped shape business continuity and resilience practices across the region. We launched the Asia Business Continuity Awards (ABCA) in 2006 to recognise organisations and professionals for their contributions to advancing business continuity and resilience across the region. We successfully organised the awards over 3 years before the programme was rebranded. In September 2012, we became the first training and consultancy firm in Asia to be certified under the new ISO22301:2012 international standard for Business Continuity Management (BCM). Prior to that in 2009, we proudly became the first company worldwide to earn dual certifications for the British Standard BS25999:2007 and the Singapore Standard SS540:2009.

As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we maintain certifications to the latest international Business Continuity standards, including ISO22301:2019 for Business Continuity Management Systems, ISO9001:2015 for Quality Management, ISO27001:2022 for Information Security Management Systems and ISO27018 for Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

Our Management Team

Henry Ee, FBCI, CBCP, ACTA

Managing Director

Henry Ee is a business continuity and resilience leader with more than 25 years of experience across risk, resilience, business continuity, and crisis management. In 2000 he founded BCP Asia, where he continues to personally lead its training and consulting advisory work. His hands-on approach has produced an exceptional track record of more than 800 projects delivered and over 10,000 professionals trained, establishing him as an active and trusted practitioner in the region. Henry's influence extends deep into the standards that define the profession. He serves as a Technical Expert on Business Continuity and Resilience at ISO and is a working group member for ISO 22301 and ISO 31000 under the Singapore Standards Development organisation. His leadership spans some of the field's most influential bodies — Co-Chair of the IRM Singapore Chapter, Founding Chairman of the BCI Asia Chapter, Chairman of IAEM (USA) S.E. Asia Chapter, Executive Council member of RIMAS, and a member of the United Nations DRR Private-Public Partnership for Disaster Management. His professional standing is anchored by an extensive set of credentials; namely FBCI with the Business Continuity Institute (UK), Certified Management Consultant (PMC), Certified ISO 22301 Lead Auditor (ANSI), and ISO 31000 Certified Lead Risk Manager (PECB). As a trainer he is ACTA certified and accredited by PECB, EXIN, and the BCI (UK). Marking his standing on the global stage, Henry was the first Asian elected to the Board of the BCI (UK) and was honoured with the institute's Lifetime Achievement Award in October 2010.

Victor Ng, AMBCI, ACTA

Associate Director

Victor Ng joined BCP Asia in Year 2008 and is currently heading the Internal Audit team. He conducts trainings and internal audits for BCP Asia clients, of which many achieved their certification at personal or organisational level. With over 30 years of experience, both as a BCM & Risk Manager in the global banks and as a consultant with BCP Asia, Victor has many real-life experiences that includes Y2K, September 11 incident and global virus attack. Victor is a professionally certified AMBCI (BCI), ISO22301 Lead auditor certified and graduated with a Computer Science degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (USA). He is a certified trainer by BCI and is ACTA certified.

Bernice Peck, MBCI, ACTA, DACE

General Manager

Bernice Peck brings over 25 years of experience with BCP Asia, where she plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and operational excellence. As General Manager, she oversees Sales, Business Development, and Marketing departments, while also managing the Training and Events teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact programmes and industry engagements. Bernice is responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of all deliverables, ensuring that clients receive services that meet the highest professional standards. Actively involved in the organisation’s day-to-day operations, she drives cross-functional alignment, strengthens internal processes, and ensures that business strategies are effectively executed across the company. Bernice holds a Degree in Marketing from the University of Bradford, is a certified curriculum developer (DACE) and a BC Professional (MBCI).

Peck Eing Seng, MBCI, ACTA, RMC

Head of Consulting

Peck Eing Seng leads the consulting team and oversees the implementation of consulting projects across the region. Since joining BCP Asia in 2007, he has leveraged his extensive experience to provide advisory services to clients across a wide range of industries, helping organisations strengthen their business continuity and resilience capabilities. He has led project teams serving clients in the healthcare, manufacturing, research, logistics, telecommunications, and public sectors across Singapore, China, Thailand, and Indonesia, supporting successful BCMS certification initiatives. Eing Seng also conducts professional training programmes and is a BCI-certified trainer and ACTA-certified trainer. He is a certified Business Continuity Professional (MBCI) and Registered Management Consultant (RMC). He holds a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU).

Raymond Ee, MBA, MBCI, ACTA

Head of Products & Solutions

Raymond Ee is a business resilience and Business Continuity Management specialist who helps organisations strengthen their preparedness, response and recovery capabilities. He has over 15 years of experience providing consulting advisory and training to organisations across various sectors. Raymond leads the development and implementation of business resilience solutions at BCP Asia, with a focus on practical BCM good practices, technology-enabled implementation and automation. He also champions the development of ezBCM360, a cloud-based BCM software designed to manage continuity plans following the latest industry standards. Raymond is a certified Business Continuity Professional (MBCI), BCI Certified Trainer and ACTA-certified trainer. He holds a degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from San Francisco State University.

Suhendra, AMBCI

Lead, Practice Development

Suhendra is a business resilience professional with more than 11 years of experience in business continuity management and organisational resilience. He has provided consulting and advisory services to clients across a wide range of industries, helping organisations strengthen their resilience capabilities. He also leads the development of new practice at BCP Asia, with a particular focus on enhancing organisational resilience through progressive strategies and contemporary solutions. Suhendra has worked with clients in the healthcare, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and various sectors across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region, supporting organisations in implementing and enhancing their Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS), including ISO 22301 certification initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Biological Sciences from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.

Jaslene Pung, ACCA

Finance & HR Manager

Jaslene Pung oversees the Finance, Human Resources, and Administration functions at BCP Asia, ensuring the seamless integration of corporate support services across the organisation. She plays a key role in driving operational efficiency by implementing streamlined processes, strengthening governance practices, and enabling the company’s day-to-day functions to run effectively and sustainably. Jaslene is a certified accountant, holding ACCA qualification.
