This 3-day course will equip you with a practical approach to implementing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and developing the competencies required to become ISO 31000 competent in ERM. It is designed to help you understand the principles and application of ERM in a structured and practical way.
Upon successful completion, you will be awarded the Certified Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA) title by RIMAS, supporting greater professional recognition and enhanced career prospects. The course also provides a pathway for progression to Certified Enterprise Risk Manager (CERM) and Professional Enterprise Risk Manager (PERM) based on your ERM experience.

Day 1 Aligning Practical Enterprise Risk Management Implementation to ISO 31000

- Develop risk management policy through consultation with relevant stakeholders
Day 2 Aligning Practical Enterprise Risk Management Implementation to ISO 31000
- Understand the importance of adapting ERM practices based on recent events
- Review risk points and set target risks for your organisation in consultation with relevant stakeholders
- Identify risk events, analyse and evaluate organisational risks as part of the risk management process
Day 3 Aligning Practical Enterprise Risk Management Implementation to ISO 31000
- Design a risk management framework and key risk management process
- Understand the practical application of ERM strategies and solutions in organisational contexts
- Develop a communication plan to discuss risk management frameworks and processes to employees
