Day 1 Introduction to Third Party Supply Chain Risk Management
- Identify key factors to consider during risk assessment, from industry and location to data sensitivity
- Utilise risk mapping, supplier audits, questionnaires, security audits and site visits techniques to identify third party risks
- Develop contractual safeguards like SLAs and indemnities to mitigate risks
- Understand use of performance metrics, periodic reviews and technology tools as part of continuous monitoring techniques
- Learn reporting mechanisms and communication strategies for risk management
- Explore Crisis Management and Incident Response
