Why Crisis Communication & Media Handling and Why Now?

In today’s hyper-connected world, the first 60 minutes, often referred to as the Golden Hour, determines whether a crisis becomes a footnote or a firestorm. It is no longer sufficient to simply manage the crisis itself, the organisation must communicate promptly, clearly and strategically to shape public perception to protect its reputation and ultimately, survival. Being crisis ready requires building up your crisis communications infrastructure and muscles, way ahead of the race.

This one-day practical and interactive workshop equips frontline managers with the essential tools and techniques to anticipate potential risks, execute clear and consistent communication strategies, and coordinate responses with key stakeholders to maintain trust under pressure.
