Why ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery) Lead Implementer and Why Now?

In addition, the increasingly complex nature of modern-day enterprises may sometimes put good-willing people into high-pressure situations and force them into taking or receiving bribery. ISO 37001 provides a structured methodology for organisations to combat such negative phenomena, a standard that organisations have been finding increasingly useful. This has increased the demand for ISO 37001 certification and, in turn, the demand for ISO 37001 implementers.
This training course aims to help you become competent in establishing, managing, and continually improving an anti-bribery management system (ABMS) based on ISO 37001 by using up-to-date industry best practices. After attending the eLearning training course, you can take the exam. If you successfully pass, you can apply for a “PECB Certified ISO 37001 Lead Implementer” credential, which demonstrates your ability and practical knowledge to implement an ABMS based on the requirements of ISO 37001.

Day 2 ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery) Lead Implementer
- Analysis of the existing system
- Bribery risk assessment
- Anti-bribery organisational structure and policies
Day 3 ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery) Lead Implementer
- Documented information management
- Awareness, training and communication
- Implementation of an ABMS
Day 4 ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery) Lead Implementer
- Monitoring, measurement, analysis, and evaluation
- Annual audit and continual improvement
- Preparation for the certification audit

• Project manager or consultant involved in anti-bribery
• Individual responsible for ensuring conformity to anti-bribery requirements within your organisation, including the requirements of ISO 37001
• Member of an ABMS implementation team
