Day 1 ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security) Lead Implementer
- ISMS scope based on ISO/IEC 27001
- Fundamental concepts and principles of information security
- Initiation of the ISMS implementation
Day 2 ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security) Lead Implementer
- Understand organisational structure for leadership and project approval
- Analysis of the existing system and information security policy
- Statement of Applicability
Day 3 ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security) Lead Implementer
- Selection, design and implementation of controls
- Management of documented information and security operations
- Overview of communication, trends and technologies
Day 4 ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security) Lead Implementer
- Monitoring, measurement, analysis, and evaluation
- Management review and integrating continual improvement
- Treatment of nonconformities

- Domain 7: Preparing for an ISMS certification audit
- Training course will be delivered in a pre-recorded video format via the PECB portal
